Where NitiGrow wins

1. AI, Flows, CTWA and payments come standard — not add-ons

On DoubleTick's own pricing page, AI agents don't exist on the Starter plan at all — you need the $308/month Pro tier. WhatsApp Flows, CTWA Conversion API optimization, WhatsApp Pay and most CRM integrations (WooCommerce, Zapier, HubSpot, Tally) are listed as "Add-on" on every single DoubleTick plan, including Enterprise. NitiGrow includes AI replies, native Flows, end-to-end CTWA attribution, and UPI/Cashfree payment links on its launch plan, with no separate add-on fees.

2. Priced in rupees, not dollars

DoubleTick's Starter plan is $170/month — roughly ₹14,000 and up depending on the exchange rate, before any add-ons. NitiGrow's launch pricing is ₹1,499/month, with Meta's own per-message costs passed through at zero markup.

Where DoubleTick might be better

DoubleTick has real scale and G2 recognition in India (Leader badges in the Chatbots category), and its Enterprise tier includes mature controls — SSO, IP allowlisting, audit logs, multi-WABA assignment per agent, and deep team-hierarchy roles — that larger organizations with dedicated IT/security teams may specifically need. If you're a larger company that needs those controls today and the add-on costs aren't a concern, DoubleTick's Enterprise plan is built for that. NitiGrow doesn't yet offer SSO or IP allowlisting.
