About NitiGrow
What we are building
For most small businesses in India, WhatsApp is already where customers ask questions, place orders and complain. It is also where things get lost: one owner's phone, three staff members, no record of who promised what. NitiGrow is built to run that customer side of the business from WhatsApp — properly.
- One shared inbox for the whole team, on the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, with Instagram and Messenger coming.
- Broadcasts and automations — offers, reminders and follow-ups — with the WhatsApp cost shown before you send.
- AI reply suggestions in Hindi, English and Hinglish.
- Catalog, UPI payment links and order updates, so a chat can become a sale.
- A Hindi interface and India-first details: GST invoicing, festival campaigns, DND and consent handling.
What we believe
- Simple beats powerful-but-confusing. A shop owner should be able to send their first campaign in minutes, from a phone.
- Pricing should be understandable. Meta's per-message charges are passed through at cost, with no markup, and shown before you send.
- Your customers' data is yours. Export it any time; delete it on request. We do not sell it or train AI models on your customer messages.
- No claims in advance. We say what is built, what is coming, and what we do not hold yet — like security certifications — rather than rounding up.
Where we are
NitiGrow is in early access. Founding Users are being onboarded now, free during early access (Meta's messaging charges still apply). Public launch is on 1 January 2027. The Android and iOS apps are in development and not yet published.
Who is behind it
NitiGrow is a product of Websbaba Technologies Private Limited, an Indian technology company incorporated in 2020, and is led by founder Abhishek Chandra (LinkedIn).
