These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NitiGrow, a WhatsApp CRM platform operated by Websbaba Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
NitiGrow provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for managing WhatsApp Business conversations, sending campaigns, and managing contacts via Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. Features vary by plan.
You must be at least 18 years old and a registered business entity or sole proprietor to use NitiGrow. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate.
You agree NOT to use NitiGrow to:
Violation may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
You are solely responsible for complying with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy. NitiGrow is a technology platform — we do not review message content. If your WhatsApp Business Account is banned by Meta due to policy violations, NitiGrow is not liable.
You own all data (contacts, messages, templates) that you upload or generate on NitiGrow. You grant us a limited license to store and process this data to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance is communicated 24 hours in advance. Downtime credits apply only to Enterprise plans with a signed SLA.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Websbaba Technologies' liability for any claim arising from use of NitiGrow is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
