Starter, Growth and Scale prices are introductory launch pricing and may change. Every plan includes the full WhatsApp Cloud API, shared inbox, AI reply suggestions, broadcasts, catalog and in-chat UPI/Cashfree payments — plans differ by seats, contact limits, and onboarding support, not by feature.

What Meta charges on top

Separately from your NitiGrow plan, Meta bills per delivered WhatsApp message: marketing messages at roughly ₹0.88, and utility or authentication messages at roughly ₹0.125 (free within an open 24-hour service window). No. NitiGrow uses a flat monthly subscription with zero per-message markup — you pay Meta's exact rate with no hidden charges on top.
Can I migrate from another WhatsApp platform to NitiGrow?

How many team members can use each plan?
