How long does setup take?+
Most owners are sending their first broadcast within 30 minutes. If you have a WhatsApp Business number, our embedded sign-up connects it automatically through Meta. If you're already on another BSP (Wati, AiSensy, Interakt, DoubleTick), our migration tool moves your account, templates, and contact list — usually within 24 hours, often free.
What does WhatsApp charge per message?+
Since 1 July 2025 Meta bills per delivered template message, by category and market — the older per-conversation model is gone. Indicative India rates: Marketing ~₹0.88, Authentication ~₹0.125 per message. Utility messages are free inside an open 24-hour customer service window, and your free-form replies in that window are free too. Click-to-WhatsApp ad conversations stay free for the first 72h. We pass Meta's charges through at cost — zero markup. Rates are set by Meta and change; the live figure is always shown before you send.
Can I migrate from Wati / AiSensy / Interakt?+
Yes. Our migration team handles WABA transfer, template re-approval (we keep the original copy), contact import (CSV or direct DB), and webhook re-pointing. Free on Growth and Scale. Typical migration: 1-2 business days with zero downtime.
Who owns my customer data?+
You do. Always. Full data export available in one click (JSON or CSV). Account deletion permanently wipes all your data within 30 days per DPDP Act §15. We never sell, share, or train AI models on your customer messages.
What if I want to cancel?+
Cancel anytime — no calls, no "retention specialists." Monthly plans stop at the end of the current period. Annual plans get a pro-rated refund for unused months. Trial accounts simply expire after 14 days with zero charge.
Is there a free trial? Credit card needed?+
NitiGrow is free for Founding Users during early access, and standard WhatsApp messaging charges from Meta still apply. At the public launch on 1 January 2027, every new account gets 14 days free of the full Growth plan, including AI, broadcasts, and integrations, no credit card needed.
Do you offer onboarding help?+
Growth and Scale plans include free guided onboarding — a 30-min call with our team to set up your WhatsApp, import contacts, and send your first broadcast. Scale plan customers get a dedicated account manager for the first 90 days.
Can multiple users share one account?+
Yes. Starter is 1 user, Growth is 3, Scale is 10, Enterprise is unlimited. Each user gets their own login, role (Owner / Manager / Sales Agent / Support Agent / Viewer), and inbox view. Internal notes, mentions, and ticket assignment work out of the box.
What about Hindi / regional languages?+
Full Devanagari (हिन्दी) interface available now. AI reply suggestions auto-detect Hindi, English, and Hinglish and respond in the customer's language. More Indian languages are planned; we will list them here as each one goes live.
Is my data secure?+
NitiGrow is built to encrypt WhatsApp access tokens with AES-256-GCM at rest, carry all API traffic over TLS 1.3, expire JWT sessions in 15 minutes with rotating refresh tokens, require 2FA on admin accounts, and write every admin action to an append-only audit log. The platform is designed around the DPDP Act 2023 — you can export your data and have it deleted on request. We are pursuing ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certification; neither is held today, and we will publish the reports here once they are, rather than claim them in advance.
