Delete Your Account & Data
This page explains how to delete your NitiGrow account and the personal data associated with it. NitiGrow is a product of Websbaba Technologies Private Limited. You can request deletion at any time using either method below.
Option 1 — Delete from inside NitiGrow
- Open the NitiGrow app (or app.nitigrow.in) and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Privacy & Data.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
You can also export your data first from the same screen before deleting.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Email privacy@nitigrow.in from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my NitiGrow account". We verify ownership and process the request. There is no charge to delete your account.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile — name, email address, phone number, password.
- Your business contacts uploaded to NitiGrow.
- WhatsApp conversations, messages and delivery records stored in NitiGrow.
- Campaigns, templates, leads, notes and analytics tied to your account.
- Device / push notification tokens.
What may be retained (and for how long)
- Billing & tax records: invoices and payment records are retained where required by Indian law (e.g. GST), for up to the legally mandated period, then deleted. Card details are never stored by NitiGrow — they are handled by Razorpay.
- Security & abuse logs: minimal records needed to prevent fraud may be retained for a short period.
Timeline
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Once complete, your personal data is permanently erased from our active systems and removed from backups on the next backup-rotation cycle, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
