What to include in a support request
- The email address associated with your account and your business name.
- The page or workflow you were using, the steps you took, and the exact error message if one appeared.
- The approximate date and time of the issue, plus your device and browser or app version.
- For billing questions, the invoice or transaction reference. Do not send full card numbers.
Never send your password, one-time verification code, API secret, or another person's private information by email. We may ask you to verify account ownership before making account or data changes.
Common help topics
- Getting started: ask about eligibility, onboarding, and which features are available for your account during early access.
- WhatsApp connection: include the step where setup stopped and any non-sensitive error text. Never share a Meta login code.
